في Shaalan Watches نلتزم بتقديم تجربة شراء آمنة وشفافة مع خدمة ما بعد البيع التي تستحقها.

🛡️ الشفافية قبل الشراء

يمكنك طلب صور وفيديوهات حقيقية ومفصلة للساعة التي ترغب بشرائها قبل إتمام الطلب، لضمان الاطلاع على كافة التفاصيل بكل وضوح.

🔁 الضمان

جميع الساعات مشمولة بضمان ضد عيوب التصنيع والأعطال الداخلية فقط:

• Master Quality: ضمان لمدة سنة واحدة.
• Swiss Elite: ضمان لمدة سنتين.

لا يشمل الضمان:

• سوء الاستخدام.
• الصدمات أو الحوادث.
• التعرض للماء (إلا إذا كانت الساعة مقاومة للماء ومذكور ذلك).
• الاستهلاك الطبيعي الناتج عن الاستخدام.

🔍 فحص الساعة عند الاستلام

يرجى فحص الساعة والتأكد من حالتها ووظائفها قبل إزالة أي ملصقات أو أختام حماية.

بعد إزالة الملصقات أو الأختام، تعتبر الساعة مستخدمة ولا يمكن استرجاعها أو استرداد قيمتها.

🔄 الاسترجاع والاستبدال

في حال وجود عيب تصنيع قبل إزالة الملصقات، يمكنك خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام طلب:

• استرجاع كامل المبلغ.
• استبدال بنفس الموديل.
• استبدال بموديل آخر.

في حالة اختيار موديل أعلى سعرًا يتم دفع فرق السعر فقط، وإذا كان أقل سعرًا يتم رد فرق السعر.

يجب إعادة الساعة إلى Shaalan Watches للفحص، وبعد تأكيد وجود عيب تصنيع سيتم تنفيذ طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال دون أي رسوم إضافية.

✅ شروط قبول الضمان والاسترجاع

يجب إعادة الساعة:

• داخل العبوة الأصلية.
• مع جميع الملحقات المرفقة.

تتحمل Shaalan Watches تكاليف الشحن في حالات الضمان المؤكدة، ولا يتم فرض أي رسوم معالجة أو إعادة تخزين.

🛡️ Pre-Purchase Transparency

Before placing your order, you may request real photos and videos of the exact watch you intend to purchase, ensuring complete confidence in every detail.

🔁 Warranty Coverage

All watches are covered against manufacturing defects and internal malfunctions only:

• Master Quality Collection: 1-Year Warranty
• Swiss Elite Collection: 2-Year Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

• Misuse or improper handling
• Accidental damage or impact
• Water damage unless the watch is specifically stated as water-resistant
• Normal wear and tear

🔍 Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your watch carefully before removing any protective stickers or seals.

Once protective stickers or seals are removed, the watch is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

🔄 Refund & Exchange Policy

If a manufacturing defect is identified before sticker removal, you may request within 24 hours of delivery:

• A full refund
• An exchange for the same model
• An exchange for a different model

If the replacement model is more expensive, only the price difference will be charged. If it is less expensive, the difference will be refunded.

The watch must be returned to Shaalan Watches for inspection. Once the defect is confirmed, the refund or exchange will be processed at no additional cost.

✅ Warranty & Return Conditions

The watch must be returned:

• In its original packaging
• With all included accessories

For confirmed warranty cases, return shipping costs are fully covered by Shaalan Watches. No restocking or handling fees apply.
